Shipping takes place within 3-5 business days. If there is a problem with the shipment of the product, we will notify you via the email address you entered when ordering.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, with any tags attached and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or other proof of purchase when requesting a return.
How to Request a Return
Email help@neatifyhouse.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and confirm where to send the item. Please do not send a return to our registered business address or to any other address before receiving our instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Neatify House will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending an item back.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us at help@neatifyhouse.com as soon as you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and details of the issue so we can review it and help resolve it.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns of perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll let you know when we receive and inspect your return, and whether your refund is approved. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, email help@neatifyhouse.com.
