How long does shipping take?
We ship to the contiguous United States. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, Economy Shipping takes 5-8 business days and Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do not currently offer free shipping. Economy Shipping is $4.99 and Standard Shipping is $6.99.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at help@neatifyhouse.com.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
What items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, sale items, or gift cards.
